Have lost sensitity (lingam) and find it difficult to orgasm. Any advice?

70yr old male here. I have erectile dysfunction sometimes. But beyond that, even when I use Viagra I have lost much sensitivity in my penis, and these days it is very rare for me to have an orgasm during intercourse. And even difficult to have an orgasm when masturbating. Do you know of any products, or techniques, that would increase the sensitivity of my penis? It's very frustrating not being able to come very often. Thanks for any help.
